Because of my particular personal circumstances, I often need the services of a variety of trades, and also general handymen. Therefore it is really important that I can have confidence, trust and importantly, reliability from people I choose to help me out when needed.
I also work full time, and it is also sometimes necessary to ask people to come “after hours” which is rarely accommodated – Dean had no problem with doing that at all. Dean was happy to take, and return, calls after hours.
On the occasion Dean helped me out, he was great – he came on a Saturday morning and did the task for me in a very professional and friendly manner, also very thoroughly. He also gave the impression that it didn’t matter how long it took, he was happy to make sure everything was right before he left. I was also left with the clear message that if I had any problems at all regarding the task, I could contact him at anytime.
