A. Our sales staff can provide you with the correct size air conditioner to provide you with comfort all year round.

Q. How long do the air conditioners take to arrive?
A. Delivery time can take seven days, depending on where you live and stock availability.

Q. Is shipping free?
A. Fujitsu air conditioners are delivered free to site. All of our other brands can occur a delivery fee.

Q. How much warranty comes with the air conditioners?
A. Most brands we sell in the split system range come with 5 years parts and labour warranty.

Q. If we use our own installer will that void our warranty?
A. As long as the installer is licscenced and qualified your warranty will not be void.

Q. Do you deliver Australia-wide?
A. We deliver to all towns throughout Australia. Shipping costs vary to remote areas.

Q. Can you deliver to our house address?
A. Most of our brands must be delivered to a business address. We have depots throughout Australia, where they can be picked up from or you may want them delivered to your work address.

Q. Can you arrange qualified installers to install our air conditioners that we have just purchased from you?
A. Air Specialists can provide BSA and ARCTIC approved installers to quote on your newly purchased air conditioners.
